Promoting the health, stability and self-sufficiency of Clermont County families through public assistance programs and crisis intervention services.

Adult, Child & Family Stability (ACFS) offers a broad range of programs for adults and families.  A detailed list is on the left side of this page.  Federal and state programs are designed to provide health care, nutrition support, cash assistance, emergency assistance and employment support to eligible consumers. ACFS is a voter registration agency. 

How Do I Apply?

To apply for public assistance programs you may come to:

Check in for new public assistance applicants begins at 7:30 am daily, on a first come, first served basis.  The Child and Family Medicaid and the Medicare Buy-In programs do not require an appointment or an interview. If you are only interested in one of these programs, you may access an application below. Applications can be faxed to 513-732-7450 or mailed/dropped off to the adove address.

The income limits for state and federal programs change every year and we encourage anyone interested to submit an application.
